- All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) where applicable and include GST where applicable.
- We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.
- ShopHub NZ reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
4. Orders & Cancellations
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

- We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
- If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy.
