1. Purchase Options - Sourcing Intake
Our online sourcing service supports up to 5 products per intake. Product-sourcing payments are made to ShopHub NZ through Shopify / PayPal secure payments, not directly to suppliers. We charge no product markup; our service commission applies.

Intake covers: Factory vetting, quoting, negotiation, MOQ negotiation down to 10 units, QC process, sample arrangement. 3-5 business days work per product.
2. Our Commission - Factory Direct, No Product Markup

The full research fee paid for an enquiry (NZ$399.99 for the first product, NZ$319.99 for each additional product) is credited against the commission on the combined order. The research fee remains the minimum charge if commission is lower; unused credit is not refunded. Any additional commission is payable at order placement and equals the combined-order commission less the research fee paid, with a minimum additional balance of NZ$0. 3. MOQ Options - Low MOQ From 10 Units
- MOQ 10: Many apparel, accessories, beauty, home decor - negotiated
- MOQ 20: Some electronics, custom packaging
- MOQ 50: Complex tooling, molds
- Badge shown on products page. Tag your Shopify product MOQ_10, MOQ_20, MOQ_50 to display.
- Factory standard 100-500 - we negotiate down - not guaranteed for all products.
4. Cancellation Policy
A. Before Sourcing Work Starts:
100% refund - The full research fee paid is refunded to the original payment method if no sourcing work has started. Email cs@shophub.co.nz Mon-Fri 9am-5pm NZT.
B. Once Sourcing Work Starts:
Non-refundable once work starts, except where no factory price can be sourced for a product, as described below.
C. After Quotes Delivered (Day 3-5):
Non-refundable - Full sourcing work completed. You have 3-5 factory quotes, prices, MOQs. Secure payments by Shopify / PayPal.
D. If We Cannot Source:
NZ$99.99 retained per unsuccessful product. If we cannot source any factory price for a product, the refund is NZ$300 for the first product charged at NZ$399.99, or NZ$220 for an additional product charged at NZ$319.99. This calculation applies separately to each unsuccessful product in a multi-product enquiry.
E. After Sample Ordered:
- Sample fee non-refundable - factory already made sample
- Sourcing intake non-refundable (quotes delivered)
- Sample cost deducted from bulk if you proceed
F. After Bulk Production Started:
- Production payments non-refundable - factory has purchased materials
- Factory error: we negotiate remake or refund with factory - we act as your agent
- QC photos provided before shipment - you approve before shipping
5. How to Cancel
Email cs@shophub.co.nz with intake ID and reason. Include "CANCEL" in subject. We respond Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 5:00pm NZT, typically within the hour during support hours. Refunds processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
6. Payment Options
- Shopify / PayPal: Secure payments by Shopify / PayPal. Card numbers are not stored by us
- Sourcing payments: Paid to ShopHub NZ through Shopify / PayPal secure payments, not directly to suppliers
- Payment methods: Use the available card or PayPal options shown at payment
