1. Overview

ShopHub NZ is factory direct sourcing, Auckland based. Products shipped factory direct, consolidated via Auckland if needed, to NZ, AU, US, CA, UK. Low MOQ from 10 units. Support Mon-Fri, 9:00am - 5:00pm NZT, 5 days a week.

2. Timeline

3. Shipping Methods

  • Express: DHL, FedEx, UPS - 7-10 days, tracked door to door
  • Standard: Air freight + local courier - 10-15 days
  • Sea freight: For large orders 1000+ units - 25-35 days - cheapest
  • All shipments tracked, insured, with tracking number provided

4. Costs

  • Quoted per order based on weight, volume, destination, method
  • Factory quotes include shipping to your address or to your 3PL / warehouse
  • We find best rate from 3-5 forwarders - no markup on freight
  • Example: 100 hoodies to NZ ~ $80-$150 air express

5. Customs & Duties

  • Buyer responsible for import duties/taxes unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) quoted
  • We can quote DDP on request - includes all duties to your door
  • HS codes and commercial invoices provided for customs clearance
  • NZ/AU usually 0-10% duty + 15% GST (NZ) / 10% GST (AU) - varies by product

6. Low MOQ From 10 Units

We negotiate low MOQ from 10 units. Factory standard is 100-500. Shipping cost per unit is higher for small MOQ but we consolidate and find best rate. MOQ 10, 20, 50 badges shown on products page.

7. Tracking

Tracking number emailed after shipment. Track via DHL/FedEx/UPS website. We also provide photos of packed goods before shipment (QC photos).
