We Are Not a Factory. We Are Your Unfair Advantage.

ShopHub NZ is a NZ-based sourcing agent in Auckland. We don't manufacture products - we find the factories that do. We save you months of Alibaba scams, bad samples and freight nightmares.

Our Mission: Make factory-direct sourcing simple, safe and affordable for NZ, AU, US, CA, UK businesses starting from MOQ 10.

Why ShopHub NZ Exists

Importing is hard. We learned it the hard way. Factories ghost you. Samples cost $200. Freight quotes change. Customs holds your goods.

We built ShopHub NZ to fix that: One $399.99 Sourcing Pack = 3-5 vetted factories + landed cost sheet + our recommendation + QC + freight breakdown. No more guessing.

We are NZ-based, but we ship door-to-door to NZ, AU, US, CA, UK or to your 3PL.

What Makes Us Different From Alibaba?

1. We work for you, not the factory. Alibaba works for factories paying ads. We work for you.
2. We give you the math. Landed cost sheet with margin calculator, not just ex-factory price.
3. We tell you who NOT to pick. Our Recommendation + Risk Score + red flags.
4. NZ time zone support. No 2am messages. We are in Auckland.
5. Secure payments. Shopify Payments / PayPal, not random TT to a factory you never met.

Our Model - How It Works

Step 1: Submit Idea - $399.99 Intake Fee - Send specs, links, target cost, MOQ. We vet 3-5 factories in 3-5 business days.
Step 2: Sample & QC - Arrange samples if required, QC photos/video, negotiate. You approve.
Step 3: Produce & Ship - Production 3-20 days, shipping 3-30 days tracked/insured to NZ/AU/US/CA/UK.

Our Promise

• We will never sell you a factory we wouldn't use ourselves.
• We will show you the real landed cost, not the fake low price.
• We will tell you the risks, not just the good stuff.
• We act as your sourcing agent only - you remain Importer of Record and responsible for compliance (see Duties & Taxes).
