ShopHub NZ is a NZ-based sourcing agent. We connect you to vetted factories. We do not manufacture products.
Research fees and commission credit
Research packages: 1 product NZ$399.99; 2 products NZ$719.98; 3 products NZ$1,039.97; 4 products NZ$1,359.96; 5 products NZ$1,679.95. For more than 5 products, contact us for payment instructions.
When you place an order, the full research fee paid for your enquiry (NZ$399.99 for the first product and NZ$319.99 for each additional product) is credited against the commission on your combined order. The research fee remains the minimum charge if commission is lower; unused credit is not refunded. Any additional commission equals the combined-order commission less the research fee paid, with a minimum additional balance of NZ$0.
Before sourcing work starts, the research fee paid is fully refundable. Once work starts, it is non-refundable except if no factory price can be sourced for a product. We retain NZ$99.99 for each unsuccessful product: the refund is NZ$300 for the first product charged at NZ$399.99, or NZ$220 for an additional product charged at NZ$319.99. This calculation applies separately to each unsuccessful product in a multi-product enquiry.
Submit your enquiry first, then use the matching payment option shown after successful submission. Shopify checkout packages cover 1–5 products. The standalone NZ$399.99 PayPal payment link covers one product only. Keep your enquiry reference and use the same email address for payment.
Step 1: Submit Your Idea - Research from NZ$399.99
Send us your product specs, reference links/images, target cost price, and your desired MOQ.
We vet 3-5 factories within 3-5 business days.
The research fee covers research time, not a product deposit. The first product is NZ$399.99; each additional product is NZ$319.99.
Step 2: Sample & QC Verification
We arrange samples if required (sample + sample freight at your cost). We provide QC photos and/or video, negotiate pricing and terms, and present options. You approve before production.
We do not guarantee factory performance or that a sample will perfectly match final production. Minor variations can occur.
Step 3: Produce & Ship
Production: Typically 3-20 days depending on product.
Shipping: 3-30 days, tracked and insured to NZ, AU, US, CA, UK. Door-to-door or to your 3PL / freight forwarder.

Once we receive your approval, we will confirm the applicable service commission and credit the full research fee paid against the commission on your combined order. Only commission above that credit is payable as additional commission; the research fee remains the minimum charge and unused credit is not refunded. Sample fees and sample shipping fees, plus the production deposit and balance, are handled separately.
Payment through ShopHub NZ
You pay ShopHub NZ and we pay supplier as your agent. You remain the Importer of Record unless agreed in writing. ShopHub NZ acts as sourcing agent only.
