- Quote Sheets, landed costs, duties, RRPs are estimates only for planning - not financial/legal advice.
- We do not guarantee quality, safety, compliance, marketability, or profitability.
- QC photos/videos are visual checks only, not replacement for SGS/QIMA third-party inspection.
3. Compliance Responsibility
You must ensure products meet NZ (Fair Trading Act, WorkSafe/Energy Safety), AU (EESS, ACCC), US (CPSC, FCC, UL), CA (Health Canada), UK (UKCA/CE) laws. Seek independent compliance advisor. You bear all risk.
4. Importer of Record
You are Importer of Record for all shipments unless agreed otherwise in writing. You are liable for duties, GST/VAT, customs seizure, fines.
5. Limitation of Liability
To fullest extent permitted by NZ law, all warranties excluded. Total liability capped at $399.99. No liability for indirect/consequential losses, lost profits, customs issues.
6. IP & Indemnity
You warrant no infringement. You indemnify ShopHub NZ against all claims from your import/sale.
7. B2B & Governing Law
All services B2B. NZ law, Auckland jurisdiction.
